Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (SEM) to drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine the company’s paid search strategy to enhance customer and pro growth
• Manage and optimize the SEM program on Google and Microsoft, meeting key performance indicators
• Create a roadmap for experimentation involving ad copy, keywords, and bidding
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop automation and scalable tools
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and performance metrics measurement using various data sources

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid digital advertising with a successful track record
• Proven ability to improve SEM campaign performance through testing and creative strategies
• Strong relationship management skills with various ad vendors
• Capability to define and execute a strategic roadmap with set milestones
• Experience with TROAS and LTV bidding methodologies
• Proficient in data analytics using tools like pivot tables and vlookups
• Familiarity with generative AI and automation tools in SEM

Pay

$97,800 – $126,500 annually
