Growth Marketing Manager - New York

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Twigeo, you will lead growth strategy and run campaigns for some of the world's leading subscription-based brands. We are a global team across New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm, and Varna, with the autonomy (and expectation) to push things forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the day-to-day strategic partner.
• Map out growth plans, present data, and take direct accountability for performance.
• Manage and optimize ad spend across paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) to hit target metrics.
• Analyze performance data and creative trends to decode why campaigns win or lose.
• Test new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution and build better ways of operating.
• Collaborate across offices, teaming up with creative leads and analytics specialists in NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to raise the bar on your accounts.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing performance marketing budgets, driving measurable account growth, and leading client relationships.
• Experience running mobile app-related campaigns is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver who spots account risks early, drives solutions independently, and takes full accountability for results.
• Comfortable balancing client priorities, managing several deadlines, and keeping campaign work streams organized.
• Active user of integrating AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate reporting, strategy, and execution.
• Open and direct communicator who thrives on transparent feedback and wants to raise the bar together.
