We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our organic search strategy, including SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Responsibilities
- Build a technical SEO roadmap
- Develop content strategies aligned with customer journeys
- Experiment with AI-powered search experiences
- Establish scalable editorial processes
- Analyze performance data to drive organic growth
- Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design teams to prioritize initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in SEO or growth marketing
- Hands-on expertise in technical SEO and content strategy
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI search
- Experience managing agencies
- Experience in B2B SaaS or PropTech markets
