About Fullmind
Fullmind is a virtual education partner helping schools and districts solve teacher shortages with live instruction from state-certified educators. We're not a static platform — we're real classrooms, real teachers, and real relationships, delivered virtually and built around each district's curriculum, schedule, and students. Our mission is simple: every student deserves a qualified teacher, no matter their zip code or their district's staffing challenges.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's part strategist, part experimenter, part builder. You'll own the full funnel that turns district and school leaders into Fullmind partners — testing and optimizing the website that makes the first impression, running the HubSpot workflows that nurture a lead, and reporting the KPIs that tell the CAO what's working and what to try next. This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can independently run growth campaigns, own our website, and manage marketing operations end-to-end, with full accountability for the results.
Responsibilities
- Growth & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team.
- Build and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture flows that move district decision-makers from awareness to opportunity.
- Run structured experiments — A/B and multivariate tests — across the funnel, and scale what wins.
- Track and report on funnel performance — MQLs, pipeline generated, conversion rates — and turn the data into next moves, not just dashboards.
- Website & Conversion
- Own the Fullmind website end-to-end, including content management, page creation, landing pages, conversion optimization, and overall site performance.
- Serve as the primary website administrator, independently building, updating, and maintaining pages within the CMS without relying on dedicated web development resources.
- Create, optimize, and manage campaign-specific landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring seamless user experiences, accurate tracking, and high-converting paths to lead capture.
- Optimize the website for search visibility through SEO, AEO, and GEO. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization best practices, maintain technical SEO fundamentals, and continuously improve content to increase organic visibility and discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
- Drive website UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by analyzing user behavior, testing page layouts, messaging, CTAs, forms, and conversion paths, and implementing data-driven improvements that increase engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console. Track key website, search, and conversion metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and use data-driven insights to improve organic traffic, user engagement, lead generation, and overall website performance.
- Marketing Operations (HubSpot)
- Serve as our HubSpot power user: manage workflows, lists, forms, reporting dashboards, and database hygiene.
- Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales through smart automation and accurate lead routing.
- Keep our marketing stack organized, documented, and scalable as the team grows.
- Reporting & KPIs
- Define and track the KPIs that matter for growth and marketing ops — pipeline generated, MQLs, conversion rates, website performance.
- Report on those KPIs regularly to the CAO and CIO, translating performance into clear takeaways and recommended next moves for leadership.
- Flag risks and opportunities early, so leadership is never surprised by a number in a meeting.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or education.
- A track record of running experiments — A/B tests, funnel tweaks, channel tests — and using the results to make real decisions, not just report them.
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise — workflows, reporting, list segmentation, lead scoring. You've built the automation, not just used it.
- Comfort owning a website day-to-day (CMS experience with something like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS).
- A data-first mindset: you make decisions from funnel metrics, not vibes, and you can explain the "why" behind a number to leadership.
- A self-starter who's energized by owning a lot, not overwhelmed by it.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to K-12 schools or districts, or familiarity with the education sector's buying cycle.
- Strong writing chops and comfort producing content — blog posts, case studies, email copy, sales enablement materials.
- Comfort with basic design tools (Canva, Figma) to move quickly without waiting on a designer.
- Experience building or refining a marketing tech stack from the ground up.
What Success Looks Like
- Pipeline and revenue generated from marketing-sourced leads grow quarter over quarter.
- The website converts more visitors into qualified conversations, with clear before/after metrics from real tests.
- A steady cadence of experiments ships every month, with wins scaled and losses documented, not repeated.
- HubSpot runs clean: fewer manual workarounds, better lead routing, dashboards leadership actually uses.
- The CAO and CIO get clear, reliable KPI reporting that makes leadership decisions easier, not harder.
Benefits
- Unlimited paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and sick time.
- 401(k) program.
- Company-paid life insurance.
- Access to medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance coverage options.
