Growth Marketing & AI Co-Op (6-Month Duration)

Role Overview

An immersive 6-month sprint looking for a technically adept builder to act as an internal growth strategist. The role involves researching high-value audiences, building automated AI workflows, and architecting technical demos to drive revenue. Responsibilities include owning real projects from day one rather than just shadowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Audience Engagement: Segment customer landscapes, create data-driven marketing assets, and measure success by engagement/pipeline generated.
• AI Agent & Workflow Orchestration: Build functional AI workflows for content generation (auto-social posts), social listening (brand mentions/sentiment), competitive intelligence tracking, and CRM lead enrichment.
• Demo Engineering & Environment Ownership: Craft use-case-driven product demos, manage the sales demo environment, and maintain pristine backend data to ensure realistic platform presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and self-starter mindset (bias for action).
• Hands-on experience with complex workflow automations and API integrations.
• Proficiency with modern tools including n8n, Clay, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI models to solve complex business problems.
