Privy.pro is a real estate investment software platform that builds unique datasets and supplies intelligence for residential real estate investing, serving investors, agents, and enterprise partners. The team works agile with AI embedded in every function; ideas move quickly from conversation to production, they test fast, learn fast, and invest in what compounds. Everyone has a direct line to leadership and a visible hand in company direction. The role is to build an always‑on growth engine powered by the company’s data, turning datasets and market intelligence into content, tools, and experiences that deliver value, build trust, and provide a path onto the platform for investors and agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the growth engine across content, automation, funnels, search visibility, and connecting systems.
• Own the engine: shape strategy with the team and drive execution and ideas.
• Create the playbook for this new discipline, defining processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Work with AI as a core part of your process—use appropriate models and tools and have live systems to show for it.
• Design AI systems, not just prompts: create reusable instructions, structured outputs, automated quality checks, and monitoring that detects drift.
• Rapidly learn and automate new capabilities when needed.
• Apply context engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluations as part of your build process.
• Possess deep command of AI tools, agents, and automation—able to build in hours what takes most teams weeks.
• Think like a marketer and build like an engineer, spotting overlooked opportunities such as untapped channels or datasets that can become content.
• Have a designer’s eye and can direct AI design tools to produce polished, on‑brand work.
• Measure yourself by outcomes and hold yourself to quantitative goals.
• Thrive in a remote, autonomous environment and communicate clearly and fluently in English (written and spoken).

Pay

$3,500 to $5,000 USD per month, depending on scope and commitment.

Schedule

Remote (Americas); paid part‑time engagement of up to 90 days, with a clear path to a full‑time position.
