About the role
The Growth Marketer will play a key role in accelerating Left On Friday's next phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Retail & Digital, this role will drive customer acquisition, scale high-performing marketing channels, and uncover new opportunities to grow revenue across North America and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that support revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify opportunities to scale customer growth across existing and emerging channels.
- Continuously test and optimize channel mix, audience strategies, and investment allocation.
- Monitor performance against acquisition, revenue, and efficiency targets.
- Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Affiliate, and other performance-focused channels.
- Manage external agency partners and hold them accountable for performance and execution.
- Evaluate channel performance and recommend investment shifts to maximize return.
- Stay current on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition forecasts.
- Manage growth marketing budgets and investment planning.
- Monitor performance against forecasts and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with leadership on growth planning and revenue forecasting.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer acquisition performance across channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve attribution and measurement frameworks.
- Build reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Translate data into recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing international markets.
- Develop market entry and customer acquisition recommendations.
- Analyze performance by region and optimize investment allocation accordingly.
- Persistently partner with the Brand and Creative teams to develop data-informed testing strategies and translate performance insights into creative recommendations.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, and Merchandising teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
- Share customer and performance insights that help inform marketing and growth strategies across the organization.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Customer Acquisition for a DTC or omnichannel consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid media investments across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and marketing investment planning.
- Experience managing external agencies and performance partners.
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, incrementality, attribution, and marketing measurement.
- Experience using data to inform business decisions and investment allocation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in fashion, activewear, swimwear, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred.

Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 USD
