Growth Manager Latam
About Us
We’re building the world’s leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets—empowering families, fueling local economies, and changing how millions access financial services. Since our launch in 2019, we have transformed how money moves across borders with operations spanning 6 out of 7 continents, covering both the busiest and most underserved remittance corridors. We tapped into a massive shift—from banks to phones—bringing digital finance to places where traditional systems never reached.
The next stage of growth will fuel a network of services and products designed to make money more accessible to diaspora communities, including local cards and additional savings and payments features. We’re growing fast, backed by world-class investors, and scaling a product that blends real-world impact with cutting-edge fintech innovation.
Founded by Harvard grads and 3-time founders who previously built Segovia (acquired) and GiveDirectly (>$300M revenue, fastest-growing NGO in the world), we’re backed by top investors including Spark Capital, Canaan, Reid Hoffman, Breyer Capital, Unbound, and Wamda. Our team is built by global top performers from Bain, Google, McKinsey, Uber, Checkout, Bolt, and beyond—we move fast, stay humble, and care deeply about our mission. With 250+ people, 50+ nationalities, and 50+ languages, we’re a truly global team guided by our values: ownership, impact, humility, and heart—in deed, not just word.
About the Role
Your role will be to boost the growth of Taptap Send (TTS) in the Latam corridor. You will work to continue launching TTS within various Latam communities in Mexico & Central America and build a comprehensive, community-oriented growth strategy. While performance marketing is managed centrally, you will lead our local expansion by identifying who our audience follows and trusts.
You will conduct deep customer research to understand the emotional side of sending money home, execute high-impact partnerships, and drive boots-on-the-ground awareness to win against our real competition: the in-person remittance counters at Latino supermarkets. Reporting to our Regional Manager, Latam, you’ll combine sales and marketing prowess with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset. You’ll be a creative thinker who is always looking for ways to hack growth.
The role offers the chance to join a high-growth startup and have a positive impact on the communities we serve. We are looking for a candidate with an immigrant background or a deep, lived understanding of remittance culture. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, a test-and-learn mindset, and the execution power to drive seasonal campaigns (e.g., Father's Day, back-to-school) from idea to implementation.
