Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the US market
- Drive high-volume new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, events, networking, and creative outreach
- Run consultative sales conversations to uncover customer challenges and position value-led solutions
- Identify market signals and connect customer needs back to the platform
- Partner with leadership to improve GTM strategy, messaging, and repeatable sales processes
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer teams to support growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record in a new business/hunter sales role
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota targets
- Experience creating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
- Strong consultative seller who can listen, diagnose problems, and adapt conversations based on customer needs
- Ability to thrive with autonomy, move quickly, and take ownership without needing a rigid sales playbook
- Experience within MarTech, insights, analytics, data, or consumer intelligence platforms is a plus
Pay
- $140K–$150K base salary
- Double OTE ($280K–$300K total compensation)
