Growth Lead
About the role
This role exists to own the channel-mix portfolio, including cold outreach, organic content, paid advertising, and partnerships. It aims to scale the business beyond what one person can manage.
What You'll Do
Own the channel-mix portfolio, deciding allocation and reallocating weekly.
Run experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to instrumentation to readout and next bet.
Design landing pages, positioning, offers, sequences, hooks, and creatives.
Document learnings to compound insights.
Pull in necessary resources (Sales Lead, Content Lead, contractors, and internal agents).
Set metrics and cadence, define what "working" means for each channel, and build a scorecard in our dashboard.
Work alongside internal tools, using them, pushing their limits, and extending them when needed.

Coding experience — light is plenty.
Hard requirements
Demonstrable AI-native workflow (show how you actually work, not just "I use ChatGPT").
Strong analytical chops, with examples of experiments designed and read.
Clear, structured writing.
Comfort with ambiguous problems and a small team.
Nice to have, not required
Experience marketing professional services or specialty SMB (med spas, aviation, legal/visa/hospitality).
Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tooling (Looker Studio, PostHog, basic SQL, etc.).
Built a multi-channel growth system at a small company before.
