What you'll do →Operations: assist with luggage pickup & delivery across Boston, coordinate timing/routes, fix real friction points alongside leadership→Social & growth: create and test Reels/TikToks/short-form video; use AI tools to generate ideas, edit, and scale output→BD & partnerships: cold email/call Airbnb hosts, property managers, event organizers, and local businesses to land meetings→Learn by doing — go through the process yourself and help us improve it What we're looking for →Driver's license required (having a car is a big plus)→Experience with Uber, DoorDash, or similar is a strong plus→College student or recent grad→Hands-on, resourceful, comfortable being uncomfortable→Interested in startups, operations, or entrepreneurship→Prefer figuring things out over being told exactly what to do What you'll get ★Real startup experience (not coffee runs)★Direct exposure to building a business from 0→1★Ownership and visible impact★A strong reference if you perform well★Skills you can actually talk about in interviews How to Apply (Read This First) Submit your resume with a brief, genuine intro. Your intro should answer two quick questions — Do you have a driver's license? Do you have a car? — plus why you're interested and what you've actually done that's relevant. We're especially interested in: direct sales experience (yes — even handing out flyers), service industry experience (cafes, restaurants, etc.), and social media or growth-related work. Please don't send a generic cover letter — we won't read it. We review every application ourselves. We're not HR trying to hit a number — we're the people you'll be working with. Your intro doesn't need to be long. But if this isn't something you're genuinely interested in, it's probably not worth your time (or ours). Anything counts: gig work, managing social for a family business, running sales for a school club, cold-calling sponsors, organizing events. GPA doesn't matter much to us. We're a team with Ivy League backgrounds — we already know intelligence goes beyond grades. What we care about is whether you have the mindset to operate in an entrepreneurial environment. If you've read this far and are still interested, reach out and tell us your story. Apply now Or email us directly at hello@callkarri.com.
