Growth Intern

About the role

Chance AI is building a camera-first visual AI companion that helps people discover more about what they see, the world around them, and who they are. We’re recruiting college students across the United States for our paid, remote, semester-long Growth Intern Program. This is a flexible, choose-your-own-path role for students who understand campus culture and what makes people want to try and share something new.

Pick the kind of contribution that feels natural to you. You do not need to do everything below.

• You can simply introduce Chance to friends, classmates, and campus communities and help bring in new users—no content creation required.
• You can create and test UGC or short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or a format you already enjoy.
• You can try a lightweight campus or community growth idea.
• You can connect Chance with student creators, clubs, or communities where there is a genuine fit.
• You can explore creator outreach, referrals, video, design, or data—whatever matches your strengths.
• You can share what you learn and help shape ideas for future cohorts.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled at a college or university in the United States.
• Creative, friendly, and self-directed.
• Tuned into campus culture, internet culture, or how students discover new products.
• Curious about consumer AI and early-stage products.
• Comfortable starting small, trying something, and learning as you go.

You do not need a specific major, a large following, or a polished résumé. Experience creating content, growing a community, organizing a campus project, editing video, designing, or analyzing growth data is a plus, but not required. We care more about curiosity, initiative, taste, and your willingness to make something happen.
