What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of Bluespring Wealth Partners’ organic growth strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage and coordinate growth initiatives, projects, and programs from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and KPIs for each initiative to track progress and success.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of each initiative, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data, feedback, and changing market conditions to optimize results.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track the impact of growth initiatives.
- Conduct deep analysis to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks related to organic growth efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine the growth blueprint and maximize ROI.
- Support the organic growth team by identifying and providing the tools, resources, and training needed for success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
- Act as a bridge between leadership, marketing, advisory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for growth initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive progress and resource sharing.
- Partner with Bluespring leadership to implement executive reporting on the organic growth blueprint.
- Regularly review progress as tracked together with the leadership team.
- Refine long-term strategy and priorities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) / scorecard for penetration of horizontal value-added capabilities across the portfolio, regularly reporting progress to the executive team.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.
What You Bring
- Understanding of organic growth strategies, market expansion, and client engagement best practices.
- Strong ability to develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and oversee execution to ensure timely results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate communication, and foster alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to motivate teams, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to interpret financial data, AUM trends, and key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Capability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through disciplined project management and initiative oversight.
- Comfort handling shifting priorities and rapidly adjusting plans based on data, feedback, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating concise, impactful reports and presenting to senior leaders.
- Proactive approach to identifying barriers and implementing innovative solutions to accelerate organic growth.
- 4-year degree
- Experience in wealth management, financial advisory services, or a related industry, with a strong track record of driving projects to completion.
