Director of Growth Enablement

About the role

A leading consulting organization is seeking a Director, Field Marketing & Growth Enablement to help drive regional growth and business development initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, business development, and account-based marketing (ABM). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, analyzing data, creating client-facing materials, and executing creative growth initiatives that help teams win new business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership and business development teams to identify and engage high-priority target accounts.
• Develop prospect intelligence, executive briefing materials, presentations, and sales enablement content.
• Create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market and prospect data to uncover growth opportunities and inform outreach strategies.
• Support conferences, events, executive roundtables, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative growth and marketing ideas to life.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ABM, field marketing, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or sales enablement.
• Strong B2B marketing experience required.
• Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience developing prospect-focused campaigns and client-facing content.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, legal, accounting, technology, or other consultative sales environments is highly preferred.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
