About the job

We are looking for a Growth Director to join our leadership team in Portugal and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth. This is not a traditional sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable growth engine from the ground up
  • Drive new business and market positioning
  • Have real ownership of revenue and impact
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for Portugal (with future expansion to Iberia)
  • Create a strong, consistent, and qualified pipeline
  • Lead outbound initiatives and develop strategic client relationships
  • Work closely with marketing, events, and partnerships
  • Increase win rates and deal quality
  • Bring structure, discipline, and predictability to the sales process
  • Track and optimise key commercial KPIs
  • Lead discovery, proposals, and strategic pitches
  • Position IMPACT as a trusted partner in complex digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with the delivery and architecture teams
  • Guarantee the feasibility and quality of what is sold
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Act as a bridge between the commercial and delivery teams

Your Profile

  • 8+ years in business development, growth, or sales leadership
  • Strong experience in complex/consultative sales
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • High ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in Digital, E-commerce, or Omnichannel is a strong plus
