Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the proposal process for prospective clients — drafting content, facilitating team review cycles, editing, finalizing, and delivering materials.
  • Oversee website content management, ensuring pages are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Research and implement SEO improvements across content and site architecture, including keyword discovery, metadata optimization, and formatting best practices.
  • Manage firm social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent voice and timely publication across platforms.
  • Proactively collaborate with practitioners and niche leaders to ensure all marketing collateral and materials are current and accurate.
  • Conduct prospect research to identify, profile, and prioritize potential clients.
  • Develop and execute inquiry prospecting strategies in coordination with niche leaders and senior practitioners, including warm leads and website inquiries.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-selling opportunities across service lines utilizing AI platform tool.
  • Research, evaluate, and manage sponsorship and donation opportunities; maintain a tracker of commitments, deadlines, and ROI metrics to inform future decisions.
  • Assist in development of strategic marketing and business development plans for designated niches in collaboration with niche leaders; execute tactics, track performance, and adjust approach based on data.
  • Leverage the HubSpot platform to manage and improve marketing functions, automate workflows, and analyze reports to measure effectiveness of campaigns and business development activity.
  • Track and manage the Growth and Creative Services department budget; monitor spending against plan and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure and follow-through, balances independent ownership with strong team collaboration, and is energized by building trusted relationships across the firm. This is a hybrid schedule role that will report into the office each week, therefore the successful candidate will need to live in the greater Seattle area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communications; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing and/or business development.
  • Progressively responsible experience providing marketing support to multiple constituents in a professional services setting as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and project management platforms.
  • Experience with SEO and social media management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Pay

Pay Rate Range: $35.92 per hour minimum to $53.88 per hour maximum USD
