Responsibilities
- Partner with the Marketing team and firm Principals to align growth efforts.
- Own and drive business development, including capture and proposal workflows and the RFP process.
- Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility for leadership.
- Lead coordination across Principals, Marketing, and BD functions.
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM to manage cross-project prioritization and reporting.
- Provide structured insights and recommendations to firm leadership.
- Ensure momentum on active proposals and proactively prevent tracking gaps.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on growth-related initiatives and deliverables.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience required, with meaningful business development ownership.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience valued.
- Experience with CRM tools required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in capture, proposal work, and RFP processes.
- Comfortable operating as a peer to senior marketing leadership and partnering directly with Principals and executive leadership.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage ambiguity and drive accountability in a growing, evolving organization.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Occasional travel required to support client meetings and business development activity.
