Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing team and firm Principals to align growth efforts.
  • Own and drive business development, including capture and proposal workflows and the RFP process.
  • Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility for leadership.
  • Lead coordination across Principals, Marketing, and BD functions.
  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM to manage cross-project prioritization and reporting.
  • Provide structured insights and recommendations to firm leadership.
  • Ensure momentum on active proposals and proactively prevent tracking gaps.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on growth-related initiatives and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience required, with meaningful business development ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience valued.
  • Experience with CRM tools required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capture, proposal work, and RFP processes.
  • Comfortable operating as a peer to senior marketing leadership and partnering directly with Principals and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and drive accountability in a growing, evolving organization.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for long periods.
  • Occasional travel required to support client meetings and business development activity.
