New business development

Generate qualified opportunities for cloud services, compliance consulting, AI/ML solutions, integration modernization, and staff augmentation services.
Reactivate former clients, professional contacts, and dormant relationships to create new business opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and align prospects with the appropriate service offerings.

Sales & contract management

Own the sales cycle from initial outreach through signed statements of work (SOWs) and master service agreements (MSAs).

Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.

Capture and manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal coordination with solution architects and delivery teams.

Client relationship management

Maintain regular engagement with clients after contract execution.

Monitor client satisfaction, project health, and account growth opportunities.

Escalate concerns proactively and help ensure successful client outcomes.

Strategic growth & market development

Identify target industries and market segments with the greatest growth potential.

Provide market feedback on messaging, pricing, and service offerings.

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience selling IT services, cloud solutions, integration services, consulting services, or staff augmentation to SMB and mid-market organizations.
  • Proven success closing engagements ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 and growing accounts into long-term partnerships.
  • Established network of technology decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Engineering Leaders, and Operations Executives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration technologies, compliance frameworks, and managed services environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach to sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling integration modernization, cloud migration, digital transformation, or technical staffing solutions.
  • Existing relationships within healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, financial services, or other technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with offshore and nearshore delivery models.
  • Experience selling both project-based consulting services and staff augmentation engagements.
