Responsibilities

• Service Associate: act as the first point of contact for customers; create a welcoming, accurate, and efficient banking experience; process routine transactions; support daily branch operations; assist customers with account needs; build strong customer relationships through friendly, dependable service; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Relationship Banker: take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end; proactively develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones; emphasize outbound prospecting, financial needs discovery, and consultative conversations; recommend appropriate banking products and services; support customers’ financial well‑being; drive branch growth through solution‑based selling and exceptional service.
• Branch Manager: provide overall leadership for branch operations; drive sales performance, customer experience, and team development; responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance; foster strong community relationships; balance strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
