Responsibilities

• Service Associate: Often the first point of contact for customers in the branch; processes routine transactions, supports daily branch operations, assists customers with account needs; builds strong customer relationships by delivering friendly, dependable service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Relationship Banker: Takes ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end by proactively developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones; emphasizes outbound prospecting, financial needs discovery, and consultative conversations to recommend appropriate banking products and services; supports customers’ financial well‑being while driving branch growth through solution‑based selling and exceptional service.
• Branch Manager: Provides overall leadership for branch operations while driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development; responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance; fostering strong community relationships; balances strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
