Responsibilities

• Service Associate: processing routine transactions, supporting daily branch operations, assisting customers with account needs, building strong customer relationships by delivering friendly, dependable service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Relationship Banker: taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end by proactively developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones; outbound prospecting, financial needs discovery, consultative conversations to recommend appropriate banking products and services; supporting customers’ financial well‑being while driving branch growth through solution‑based selling and exceptional service.
• Branch Manager: providing overall leadership for branch operations while driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development; hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance; fostering strong community relationships; balancing strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
