Grout Lines 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Transport cured terrazzo products to workstations using pallet jacks or walk-behind lifts.
• Patch and grout holes or imperfections with appropriate materials to meet quality and finish standards.
• Apply Cab-o-sil or epoxy-based fillers for detailed surface repairs.
• Inspect and stage completed items for the next phase of production.
• Perform quality checks and assist in other production areas as needed.

Tools & Equipment Used

• Hand tools: Scrapers, Chisels, Pliers, Screwdrivers, Wrenches
• Pneumatic tools: grinders, palm sanders, vibrating tools
• Lifting equipment: pallet jacks, walk-behind lifts, cranes, suction pads
• Power tools: drills, impact drivers
• Forklift (if certified or trained)
