Group Team Lead I - Dry End

Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or materials management experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Past experience with project and change management, including leading, motivating, and developing people through organizational change and driving behavioral change.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, energize, and guide teams.
• Comfortable thriving in conditions of change and complexity.
• Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
• Consistently delivers outstanding results, takes initiative, and drives action proactively.
