For candidates we assess as possessing exceptional potential and highly unusual achievement, compensation typically ranges from $257,642 to $522,120. In higher-cost markets such as New York City, offers are generally positioned toward the upper end of the range. As you grow your expertise and increase your contributions, your compensation can grow rapidly alongside your impact.

During your first few months, you’ll spend most days in our Milan office to ramp up quickly and absorb our company culture, with generous travel and accommodation assistance provided. Afterward, you may work from one of our offices (Atlanta, New York, or Miami) or remotely from approved countries, depending on the agreement at the offer stage.
