Director, US Taxation
About the role
Shape and drive the strategic direction of the U.S. tax function in alignment with enterprise priorities, business growth objectives and the broader global tax vision.
Provide oversight of U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with organizational expectations and regulatory requirements.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing U.S. tax team by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability and creating strong alignment around strategic priorities.
Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Legal, Treasury and business leadership by providing strategic tax perspectives that support informed decision-making.
Provide leadership on the identification, assessment and mitigation of U.S. tax risks, ensuring robust governance and a strong control environment.
Champion continuous improvement of the U.S. tax function by advancing process optimization, documentation standards and scalable ways of working.

- 10-15 years of experience in U.S. corporate taxation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in U.S. corporate taxation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations.
