About the role
We are searching for a talented and motivated Group Sales Manager to join our exceptional team and drive our hotel's success. As a Group Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be key in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to effectively manage resources.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
Preferred: 2 years of hotel sales experience.
