Summary The Group Sales Account Executive at Cosm is primarily responsible for generating new business revenue by selling group tickets. Outreach channels will include their existing network of contacts, cold calling, and incoming leads. Their primary focus will be corporations, schools, youth sports, nonprofits, and meeting planners. Additionally, they will proactively assist in developing future programs that will benefit Cosm's long-term sales goals. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects for group salesGenerate sales leads through phone and email outreachGenerate leads through previous customer networks if applicableComplete the booking process from reservation, to invoicing, payment, and package fulfillmentRespond in a timely manner to calls, inquiries, and emailsMaintain comprehensive records and accountingDevelop client relationships to ensure long-term patronageManage client-related issues in a calm, professional mannerUp-sell added-value productsAttend networking events and trade shows as neededSell tickets through outbound cold call efforts and in-venue appointmentsMeet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and expectationsAccurately and diligently maintains track of all customers and prospects through CRM Experience Comfortable with non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays as necessary)Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years prior sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills — diplomatic, tactful, and customer-focused with a professional phone manner and ability to interact with a variety of clientsResourceful, conscientious, and punctual Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to work Desire to grow a fruitful career in the venue, attractions, sports, and entertainmentIn-office work at the Cosm Hollywood Park venue in Inglewood All applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
