Responsibilities

  • Developing sales pipeline
  • Generating relationship and sales activities to drive proposal development & point of sale meetings to attain assigned goal
  • Leverage internal sales desk to grow in assigned region and follow up on sales desk leads
  • Communicate with Divisional Vice President (DVP) and Player Coach on an ongoing basis regarding territory sales activities and sales goal attainment
  • This position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 75% travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of 401(k)/457(b) wholesaling experience in assigned region
  • Professional working knowledge of 401(k)/457(b), cash balance and managed account products
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7; and Series 63 registrations
  • Life & Health Insurance License

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CLU, ChFC, CFP strongly desired
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills with excellent computer and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $90,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
