Group Quality Supervisor – Oregon – LCSW Required

CH MH Services (CA) LLC is certified by the State Department of Health Care Services (Lic. #300414AP expiring 06/30/2027). Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder treatment program is available in select states. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices.

About the role

Charlie Health provides virtual mental health treatment for teens, young adults, and families. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services via telehealth platforms, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Engage in outreach and community education to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted clinical license in the state(s) where you will practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents, young adults, and/or families.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
