LCSW Supervisor

We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to join our growing team in Newtown. In this role, you will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. This position offers a flexible remote structure, combining in-person and telehealth work.

• In-person availability required Monday to Friday, 2–7 PM for the initial 4–6 weeks

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science from an accredited college or university
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
