Clinical Supervisor, LCSW Required

About the role

Oversee psychotherapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and counseling for women residents. Supervise mental health staff, provide clinical support, and develop new services to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, assessment, goal setting, and referrals with clinical and correctional staff.
• Facilitate gender-responsive, trauma-informed group programs and clinical case conferences.
• Review clinical records, monitor client progress, and collaborate with community resources.
• Maintain documentation, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct team meetings, troubleshoot complex cases, and engage in professional development.

Requirements

• Licensed NYS LCSW with 5+ years supervising staff serving justice-impacted populations.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, evidence-based models (CBT, MI, DBT, TF-CBT), and culturally sensitive service delivery.
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CAPS, AWARDS, public benefits, and supportive housing systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to meet client needs.
