Group Product Manager, Voice Agent
About the role
The Group Product Manager will own the Voice product line within Maven AGI, setting the strategy, building and leading the PM team, and carrying the number for Voice revenue. They will be accountable to the leadership team for Voice's performance against the plan and its competitive standing in the enterprise contact-center market.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and roadmap for the entire Voice product line, from real-time conversational agents to telephony infrastructure to contact-center integrations.
- P&L for Voice, with a revenue target you own and defend to the exec team.
- Hiring, developing, and managing a team of PMs across the Voice line.
- You'll build the org as the product scales.
- Enterprise customer relationships at the executive level.
- You'll be in the room when eight-figure deals get decided.
- Telephony and contact-center partnerships (SIP, PSTN, Twilio, LiveKit, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, and expansion into new platforms as we grow).
- Technical bar for Voice: latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and human handoff.
- Cross-functional leadership with engineering, GTM, design, and customer success.
- Product strategy contribution across Maven's full multi-modal platform, alongside Sami and other product leaders.
Requirements
Deep voice or telephony domain expertise. You've built and shipped real-time voice products and understand the constraints: audio pipelines, streaming ASR, TTS latency, endpointing, VAD, and the difference between legacy IVR and modern conversational voice agents. Non-negotiable.
Direct experience with telephony platforms (Twilio, LiveKit, Vonage, or comparable) and contact-center systems (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect).
You've owned a P&L or a revenue target before.
You know how product decisions connect to enterprise sales cycles and how to defend a plan when the numbers get hard. You've scaled a product line from early traction through significant growth.
You know when to move fast and when to build for durability, and you've made both calls under pressure.
You extract requirements from messy customer and executive conversations and translate them into strategy and specs your team can build against.
Real fluency in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents. You follow the space because you find it interesting, not because it's trending.
Executive presence. You can hold your own with a CTO, sell the vision to a Fortune 500 buyer, and coach a junior PM through their first PRD, sometimes on the same day.
Qualifications
8-12+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time leading PM teams. You've hired, coached, and managed PMs, not just individual contributors.
Skills
Real fluency in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents. You follow the space because you find it interesting, not because it's trending.
