Group Product Manager, Money Movement

For our client, we are seeking a Group Product Manager, Money Movement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will define the long-term strategy for reliable, controlled fund flows across a large-scale financial platform. You will lead product direction for money movement infrastructure, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and operational accuracy in a regulated environment. The position partners closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product teams to strengthen accountability and improve the speed and precision of transaction handling. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $243,865 – $286,900 annually Responsibilities Own the long-term vision for money movement reliability and controls for all fund flows. Build infrastructure to manage risk and compliance for financial transactions, ensuring all checks are completed before movement. Implement real-time detection and tracing mechanisms to quickly identify failures in fund flows. Scale operational accuracy with AI to enhance detection and remediation processes. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other product teams to enforce accountability for fund movements. Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience in money movement or financial platforms at scale. Proven ownership of strategy for large-scale financial systems such as payment processing and reconciliation. Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, event streaming, and double-entry ledgering. Ability to establish and enforce standards across teams in a regulated environment.
