The Group Manager, Procurement P2P position at CANPACK Group is responsible for supporting the Procure-to-Pay transformation, process improvement, and global supply chain strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platforms
- Maintaining global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators
- Maintaining supply chain technology systems and ensuring master data accuracy
- Collaborating with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus)
- Knowledge of AI and its strategic applications to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Very good level of English (other language skills will be an advantage)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment
