About the role
We are seeking a Group Leader - Reading to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing projects related to reading initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reading programs tailored to the needs of various audiences
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate reading initiatives into organizational goals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of reading programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in reading and literacy
- Monitor and report on progress towards reading goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in reading education
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The Group Leader - Reading position is full-time and works Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
