Group Home Supervisor - Single Site

About the role

The Group Home Supervisor / Designated Coordinator will oversee a single program location, providing training, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professionals. They will also coordinate, lead, and evaluate services provided at the location, ensuring compliance with 245D licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision to Direct Support Professionals
• Coordinate and lead services provided at the program location
• Evaluate services provided at the program location
• Oversight and compliance with 245D licensing requirements
• Support additional locations during times of transition, vacations, or leaves

Requirements

• One of the following:
• A bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
• An associate degree in a field related to human services and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
• A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
• A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications of Program Supervisor I or Designated Coordinator/Manager level as defined by the Department of Human Services;
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Core schedule: 10am-6pm Mon-Fri

Pay

• Starting salary: $24.00 hourly
