Group Director Finance and Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Group Director Finance and Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will play a key part in shaping enterprise financial direction, with a focus on capital allocation, strategic planning, and investment decisions. The individual will partner closely with senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, improve performance, and support decisions that affect a large multi-site healthcare operation. In addition, this leader will guide a team of finance professionals while translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,000 – $205,000 annually Responsibilities Guide capital allocation decisions for multimillion-dollar investments Support M&A, divestitures, and growth-related financial assessments Drive annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting aligned with strategy Provide financial planning and decision support across a large network of clinics and labs Collaborate with leaders to improve performance metrics and drive growth Present recommendations to senior leadership, influencing enterprise decisions Lead and develop a team of financial managers and analysts Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced quantitative degree preferred 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting Strong foundation in finance and analytics with strategy or consulting exposure Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements and business operations Advanced quantitative modeling and analytical skills; familiarity with financial planning systems is a plus Benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match Family resources and EAP counseling sessions available Access to professional development programs and online training courses Paid time off and PTO cash out options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
