Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Coord

The role

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility.
• This is a working-lead role. You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year WMS Experience
• MHE Experience
• Willingness to learn
• Unloading, Loading, Pallet Pick, Case Pick, Each Pick, Parcel Pick, Laborer
• 1 Year Minimum of leading assigned areas, emails, reporting

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory

Skills

• Physical inventory reconciliation and verification
• Data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System
• Excel spreadsheets for root cause analysis
• SAP for finance department reporting
• Compiling and maintaining cycle count data for management reports
• Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP
• Interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues
• Training and monitoring associates' progress
• Conducting training for new associates
• Reporting unsafe conditions to supervisor

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $22.90
• Shift: First (1st) Shift – Group Coordinator Lead- IC Coord Shift: 5:30a-3:30p, Monday - Thursday
