Group Class Instructor (substitute)

About the role

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to support the fitness team at their community client site in Beaumont, Texas. This on-call/substitute role is perfect for instructors who love variety and flexibility. You'll step in as needed to lead energizing group classes when our regular instructors are unavailable—making a real impact on the health and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
