Group Class Instructor (substitute)

About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a substitute/as-needed Group Class Instructor to join our fitness team at our client site in Batavia, OH. This role is ideal for an energetic, reliable instructor who values a flexible schedule and enjoys stepping in to support group fitness programming as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program teaching classes such as strength, boot camp, and cardio.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation

$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
