Group Class Instructor (as-needed)

About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for as-needed/fill-in (number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling) Group Class Instructors to join the fitness team at our client site located in Santa Clara, CA. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $50/class - $60/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
