About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado. In this role, you'll lead engaging and safe group fitness classes that inspire participants of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll create a positive, inclusive environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and help foster a supportive fitness community that keeps members motivated and coming back.

This is an on-call position that provides class coverage on an as-needed basis when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable, offering a flexible opportunity to share your passion for fitness while gaining experience in a corporate wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $50 - $60 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
