About the role
HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to lead 2 classes per week at our corporate client site in Center City Philadelphia, conveniently located near 30th Street Station.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Mornings: 7:00 AM & 8:00 AM or Evenings: 4:30 PM & 5:15 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes such as Cycle/Spin, HIIT, Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, and Pilates.
Requirements
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute (required prior to start date).
- 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience (strongly preferred).
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
- Must meet hiring requirements, including pre-employment drug test.
Pay
The compensation range for this role is $40–$45 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
