Group Class Instructor

About the role

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at their corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to motivate others, share your passion for fitness, and make an impact in a supportive worksite environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
• Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Create positive workout experiences for participants.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Hiring requirements include but are not limited to pre-employment drug test.

• Knowledge of various group exercise formats.

Pay

$20 - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Teach up to 10 classes per week.
