Group Class Instructor
About the role
HealthFitness is looking for an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at their new corporate client site in St. Paul, Minnesota!
This role includes teaching one class per week and is ideal for instructors looking for a consistent, rewarding opportunity in a professional corporate environment. We're open to instructors who specialize in traditional group exercise (GX) formats or specialty classes.
Responsibilities
- Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes such as Yoga/Pilates, Boot Camp, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, etc.
- Teach one class per week during operating hours (Monday through Thursday 6am-6pm).
Requirements
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Pay
$45 - $50/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
