Group Bookings & Box Office Co-ordinator
About the role
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Group Bookings & Box Office Co-ordinator to join our friendly Box Office team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Helping schools, community groups, and organised visits plan their experience
- Setting up performances on our ticketing system
- Administering bookings
- Promoting events
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Creating an exceptional experience for our audiences at every stage of their journey with Anvil Arts
Requirements
- Experience in a busy customer service, visitor experience, or ticketing environment (ideally within the arts)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software (experience using Spektrix Ticketing system is an added plus)
Qualifications
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Enjoying working as part of a team
- An interest in live events, music, theatre and the arts
