About the role
We are seeking a Group Art Supervisor to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Art Direction for multiple brands and supervise a team of Art Directors
- Develop bold creative ideas and ensure quality execution of marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain creative vision
- Present creative work to clients, leading discussions and integrating feedback
- Mentor and evaluate Art team members, fostering their professional growth
- Maintain accurate administration including billing and reporting
- Engage with external art and production vendors as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred)
- 6+ years in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art Direction or related field (required)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising is a plus
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and leading a creative team
- Competency in strategic thinking and problem-solving

Pay
$115,000 – $160,000 annually
