About the role
As Group Art Supervisor, you will lead Art Direction across multiple brands, driving ideation, creative execution, and strategic brand solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain creative integrity and supervise the growth and development of Art team members. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality materials that solve creative briefs, while ensuring quality control and adherence to agency processes and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide art direction and creative execution across multiple brands, developing bold ideas and managing day-to-day Art needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management, to drive creative vision.
- Partner with Copy teams to execute creative approaches, communicating brand personality and messages.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, staying up-to-date on client marketplaces, competition, and marketing objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, and strategic direction.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire Art teams, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and overseeing talent management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications) preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Art Direction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; experience in video editing, animation, and 3D program software a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Art and Design principles across channels and media.
- Ability to present ideas confidently and passionately, with effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coaching and developing team members, with a collaborative and creative approach to work.
Pay
$115,000–$160,000
Schedule
Omnicom policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
