Group Art Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work with Copy partner to develop concepts and execution
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with Client/Agency Creative/Account teams.
• Execute and direct creative that encompasses all media across print, video, 3D, interactive and social.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities as evident by ability to motivate team, facilitate great thinking, and keep the morale high.
• Strategic thinking and execution
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Conceptual design and the use of AI
• Work with account service from beginning of project until the end to make sure all projects meet budgetary guidelines
• Gains a deeper understanding of scientific ideas and its disease state
• Yearly review and goal setting with direct reports

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency

Pay Range- $120,000- $135,000
