About the role

As our Group & Reservations Coordinator, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and Posting Master (PM) accounts in Opera PMS
  • Process, update, and maintain group and individual reservations with accuracy
  • Cook up billing, routing instructions, deposits, and payment arrangements
  • Maintain monitoring group pickup, cutoff dates, and room availability while partnering with Sales and Revenue
  • Handle FIT, OTA, day-use, and promotional reservations
  • Aid guests and internal teams with reservations inquiries and support
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional service rooted in passion for hospitality
  • Anticipate needs and respond with a solutions-first mindset

Requirements

  • 2 + years of hotel reservations or front office experience
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS (Opera Cloud or Opera v5 preferred)
  • Knowledge of group housing, room blocks, billing, routing and reservations processes
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Pay

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
